Located along the Boulevard de la Woluwe in Brussels, W34 was delivered for acceptance in May. This project is a conversion of an office building built in the ’70s on 8 floors, into a residential building of 7137 m² surface area. Only the building structure has been preserved. It now accommodates 68 apartments and underground car park. All the apartments have a terrace added onto the existing structure which is fully insulated in accordance with the current standards. Work on the volumetrics varies the aspect of the façade.
With glass balustrades, offering an unrestricted view over the wooded parkland in the immediate vicinity, these balconies are the extension of a multitude of different apartments that are entirely flexible.
