Enclosed within a block, surrounded by a large number of individual houses and residential buildings, Ixelles hospital has evolved despite this constraint.


Located along the Boulevard de la Woluwe in Brussels, W34 was delivered for acceptance in May. This project is a conversion of an office building built in the ’70s on 8 floors, into a residential building of 7137 m² surface area. Only the building structure has been preserved.


The head office of the international insurance brokerage company Marsh & McLennan in Brussels, the Veridis building was inaugurated in March 2015.


Located in the economic region of Marche-en-Famenne, the Novalis Business Center was completed at the end of August 2014.

The 15th “Journée Construction Acier” (steel construction day) took place on 27th November in Zaventem and was a great success, with no fewer than 500 participants.

The theme of the symposium “Montréal et Bruxelles en projet” (Plans for Montreal and Brussels) is the social, economic and urban scope of urban planning in the urban densification process.

His Majesty the King opened the AGC Glass Europe AGC Technovation Centre, designed by ASSAR, on 5th November in Gosselies (Charleroi). The AGC Technovation Centre brings together, develops and improves new glass product processes for the construction and automotive industries.

The Philippe Rotthier European Prize for Architecture, founded in 1982 by the architect of the same name, recognises achievements with a collective, cultural value.

Assar has always been ahead of the game when it comes to using the latest design software, both in terms of the relevance of 3D used for many years now, and in terms of the performance of production methods. This has been possible thanks to a comprehensive understanding of the tools and software available, but also the performance and skills of the people using this software in our office.

Didier Hoffman, our CAD expert, has always been concerned with choosing the best software for 3D design, and fully understands the importance of advanced training for the individuals who use the software within the 3D team.

Assar has been using BIM for several years now, with Revit produced by Autodesk.
