CHIREC DELTA

CHIREC DELTA

Located in the Auderghem Delta zone in Brussels, the project presents a classical and balanced architectural composition: a base in cylindrical form containing mainly the reception and consultation functions, the central body with a maximum of 24 accommodation units of standardised size structured on 3 levels, and finally, the roof volume which contains the technical installations. The superimposition of these different forms lightens the overall volumetry of the building. The project is highly structured in order to ensure maximum flexibility in the long term. The paths of flows of visitors will be clearly separated from the medical and logistics flow circuits; their lines will facilitate the clarity of legibility and orientation of users.

Integration of the hospital into the city is a major consideration. A development plan for the entire site has been constructed, taking into account the future urban environment.
