ÎLOT AMBLEVE

Îlot Amblève is a multifunctional project consisting of two buildings solely dedicated to residences, and three other buildings, also including a commercial function. Its development has had to deal with numerous constraints in terms of adjoining neighbourhood and opposite aspect. The development and rehabilitation of the site enabled good quality green spaces to be opened up and confers upon the project an exemplary character, given that Brussels abounds in interiors of island blocks that are often under-exploited. More than a hundred high quality residential units have thus been created, built to the “low energy” standard and offering a vast choice of configurations, ranging from small scale studio to four-bedroom penthouse.
