This five-story office project was carried out in an old abandoned department store not far from the Meuse. As the existing building, dating from 1968, is very deep, a new patio will bring plenty of natural light into the offices.
The thin, refined concrete elements on the façade have been preserved, but a new glass façade set back from these elements has been added. The 18,676 m² project will provide 11,013 m² of office space and 2,731 m² of renovated commercial space. The underground parking area will accommodate 116 cars, 15 motorcycles and 41 bicycles.
Féronstrée 54 will have a huge green roof. Highly flexible office spaces have been designed to accommodate 6 to 7 different occupants on the same level.
