Ideally located in the verdant commune of Auderghem, the Oxygen project offers a residential building of 89 apartments ranging from studios to spacious penthouses. Its dynamic architecture provides a wide variety of apartments, in which each unit has its own individual terrace layout, orientation, and view, taking into account sunshine hours. This dynamic is also found in the materials used: the building’s plinth is in natural stone and adorned with frames in white architectonic concrete; the beam exit points or recessed floor levels have a white coating over the insulation. Finally, the building will provide a well–defined skyline contributing a veritable enhancement to the urban context, with apartments mainly located on optimally positioned corners. Oxygen also has the advantage of the most efficient and durable technological advances including, in particular, low energy consumption, meeting the latest PEB requirements.
