These initial three buildings of phase 1 emphasize the creation of versatile spaces for work and relaxation that fully cater to the needs of today’s workforce. Each building will comprise three office levels, four corner terraces per floor, and a shared rooftop terrace. The second phase will involve completing the construction of two additional office buildings.

Each building will feature showers and locker rooms on the ground floor to encourage biking or alternative modes of transportation besides cars. Additionally, to foster social interaction, each phase will also include dining areas. Plazas and gardens will offer relaxation spots and informal collaboration spaces that cater to the needs of today’s workforce.
